Our first phase of improvements has an estimated cost of £530,000, including fees and VAT. It covers replacement and insulation of the pitched and flat roofs, integrated solar panels, replacement windows and the front door, and air conditioning where possible.
These improvements will help protect the building, improve comfort and reduce energy use, supporting its future as a place for community activities.
