How to Book
1. Check the diary below to check the availability of the room you would like to hire.
Rooms are colour coded and listed along the top. For room details please see our Rooms and Prices page .You can change the dates by clicking the arrows at the top of the page. Please note we need a minimum of 48 hours notice to book.
2. When you have found your preferred room and confirmed that the date and time are available, click the + by the date and register as a new user (or sign in if you have registered before).
3.Choose your room and fill in your event name, date, and number of attendees.
Remember to include time for setting up and clearing away.
4.If this is a regular booking, select Recurring Booking, choose how often it repeats, check the individual dates and amend accordingly (for example, weekly). We recommend booking future sessions in advance, but you can also book them later using the same process.
5.Complete the remaining details and email info@parkcentre.org.uk
with your Public Liability Insurance, any advertising you would like us to include and any questions you may have.
6. Look out for a confirmation email and invoice, which we aim to send within two working days.
Please check your junk or spam folders in case the email does not appear in your inbox.
7.Once confirmed, you will receive a Hire Pack with important information on access, safety, and expectations.
Please read this carefully before your booking.
All invoices must be paid before your hire takes place without payment you are not booked in!
